My windshield was replaced.
I myself had made every effort to ensure the parts were available in the parts department inventory.
Jonathan was helpful to do his best to sort out the mess that was left to him by the service advisor (Mr. Gonzalez) who I had made my appointment arrangements with.
The parts were not put on hold.
Arrangements with the windshield company was not made until after I arrived.
Pricing was incorrect per the original quote I was provide and pricing was much higher.
