My car is currently making a rattling noise and when it turns off there is a burning rubber smell, which was not previously there. I have to return tomorrow to get this resolved. Not only is this negligent but also unnecessary given the cost of the service.

I was not happy that there as no shuttle service. I took in my car for two recalls and it was going to be there 4 hours. I had to pay for an uber to take me home. When I returned for my car the service advisor was not available and his partner sent me over to another advisor. No explanation of what was done to my vehicle was explained to me, I had to asked if the two recalls were taken care of which he responded yes. He then directed me to my car that was parked in the front lot. I have a ford and Nissan cars and their services have always been great. They offer shuttles to clients, if shuttle is not available they offer uber/lyft, they also explain very thoroughly what is done to the vehicle, they wash the vehicles and bring the vehicles to the customers. I was not happy with the services provided at Norm Reeves.
