People there are not friendly and helpful. I always feel like I am bothering them. Always apologizing to make sure they aren’t upset . I really hate going for service there.

He was attentive and communicative about the services that I will need now and in the future. To me it provided me with ample time to prepare for the cost of the next service that my vehicle will need. I received a text message with images supporting why the service was needed. I also asked for an adjustment to the right side under the glove compartment that was hanging from a previous Honda service. It was taken care of and he recalled that it was addressed by the mechanics.
