The technician Joseph ignored me multiple times after acknowledging that he was going to attend me next. He stated that he “didn’t see me” despite being in his constant line of vision. I waited about 40 minutes long after being told my car was ready for pick up. This felt very unprofessional as my wife and I had to wait so long, and even if he says he “didn’t see me”, he should have made an attempt to find me considering he acknowledged me and said I was “next” 3 times before attending other clients. However, I stayed in his direct line of vision the entire time as I saw him start to help other clients arriving after me.
