Mr montes was a great advisor. Explained everything they did to the car and what's needed in the future. I will definitely go to this dealership again. Will also recommend it to friends n family. The 1 complain I have is wait times are long for the service. Other than that great job.

Yesterday, a service tech informed me that I would receive 4 tires as part of my service for the day. He informed me that, because one of my tires was still in good condition (as determined by inspecting the tire tread chart), he would not remove it. Once my vehicle was returned to me, I was told that all tires had been removed and replaced. I paid for that tire outside the dealership and did not consent to that tire being removed.
I understand that all four tires may have needed to be changed due to alignment issues or other concerns, but that was never communicated to me. The dealership kept my good tire, which makes me believe they will reuse that tire for other customers, for which I paid.
I regularly visit the dealership for my services over local shops because I believed in its integrity, but this situation has shifted my perception.

The service itself is always good. But waiting three hours when I had an appointment for a simple oil change with no updates on wait time was not good customer service. I understand sometimes the schedule can get busy, but I could have left and come back. It wasn’t until I had been waiting 2 hours, upon my inquiry, did I find out that my service had not even been started, and it would be an additional 45 minutes before service would begin. I received 3 texts reminding me of my appointment, yet was never told there would be a delay. A simple courteous text would have made a world of difference. Makes a customer feel your time is valuable, but that the customers time is not. Simple communication.
