There was a misunderstanding involving my car because all of a sudden acting erratic after oil change, so I brought it to personnel attention. I was a bit upset at that time and confused so they offered to check codes. Turns out VVt probably is faulty and new oil made it erratic while ECU stabilized. At that point I apologized but unfortunately the attitude from the personnel was not similar instead was dismissive, like too prideful to reciprocate even if for sake of customer service that goes a long way. Unfortunately I do not plan to be back after many years and several cars purchased here. Makes me feel like dealer does not have my back and personnel will take the high road when situations like this arise.

Michael Barr was fine. It was the 6 hour wait for a software update for a recall im not happy with. 6 hours for a software update was absolutely ridiculous. Either you guys double booked or were backed up. But to have a customer wait 6 hours for a software update? Does that sound logical to you? Especially in this day and age? A 6 hour software update? Id rather you guys tell me honestly that youre backed up or whatever then tell me a 6 hour software update. Why cant you guys be more upfront and honest with your customers? Let me teach you a little something sbout customer service: its about managing customer expectations. How do you do that? By honest and clear communication. Communication is the key word here

I liked Manny a lot. Very nice and courteous man. I’ve always had good experiences at norm Reeves, except the one before this time. I don’t recall the guy‘s name, but he was very young and nice looking. I told him that I was waiting for the car, but he never called me when the car was ready. I was there for almost a full day and when I went out to ask him about when the car would be ready, he said oh I thought you were going to come by and pick it up. He was also laughing and joking and horsing around with his friends.
