Waited for nearly 6 hours just for th recall and check my battery. Got a appointment for 1040 am. Came in at 10:20 told them my problem he told me that usually 3 pm will be done contacted me around 351 tell me that I need a new battery and recall still not done. No call to follow up I was at the waiting area all the time and he gave me a price to get a new battery because he told me it’s not on warranty no more. So I Told him I’ll just get somewhere else because it’s way too expensive but the thing is a was there all the time he never check on me. The other guys are so nice with there client. Sorry if I was upset because I waited for almost six hours for just a recall and check battery that I got to buy even thou I’m still in warranty.

Yes Norm Reeves Service Center in Cerritos, CA helped me solve my issue and got my car fixed under the warranty issued for my car . Other Services Centers such as The Honda dealership in Long Beach/Signal Hill kept giving me the runaround and were basically telling me I wasnt under warranty when i was . One phone call and the phone operator knew right away my car was under extended warranty and happily provided me with an appointment the next day to get my car fixed right away . They recommended me Manny and Manny was super helpful and friendly to get my car serviced and on the road the next day . 10/10 experience will come back to get car serviced here again .
