Honda needs to do better when it comes to service. I understand the recommendations however it would be great for customers if you consider doing bundle packages for services needed. Your service man went over fees with me and when I inquired about promotions or coupons, he said they were on your website. I as a customer would appreciate having promotions mailed to me. He further went on to state that Honda does complementary oil changes for the first two years and I stated that, so does everyone else. We also have a Toyota in our family, and are constantly receiving coupons and promotions for services even after our two years of complementary oil changes.

When dropping off my vehicle, I told the service provider that the timing belt had already been replaced. He stated that the mechanics would do a full inspection and give me a full report. The full report said I needed $2,200 worth of repairs, including a timing belt, spark plugs, cabin and air filter, etc. All of this had been done six months prior. I realize you do not have access to service records on my vehicle, but when you say a full inspection will be completed, I expect you to be able to see that spark plugs and air filters are relatively new. It seems to me that no real “inspection” was actually completed.
