Was told to be called back to inform about the vehicle payment update prior to its release but left waiting. No follow up on the insurance payment if it reach the shop. Insurance offered electronic payment if the check is not yet on hand so my vehicle will be release. Advisor told insurance to give update on the payment but no call received. Don’t expect this to happen, not sure if it’s company’s policy because I should only pay the deductible which is 250 because claim number is already given. Unsatisfactory experience. So bad
