I wish there was free coffee at the lobby for customers while waiting for service to be done. But I was glad that our oil change was complete after a little more than an hour. When I called the dealer to make an appointment, I was given a schedule at same day in 3 hours, isn't that great!

The customer service has gone down. I bought several Honda vehicles from that location and I won't be purchasing any new ones from Cerritos. That same day I got my car serviced there was another person extremely upset because of the service he received. Leo was very sarcastic with me when I asked about my vehicle. He had given me an ETA of how long it would take to simply change the oil abd when it went past it he was rude and sarcastic. Do not recommend the service at this location.

The service was good and the individual managed my vehicle. He was outstanding. But one of the drivers who drove my car back into the garage drove it a little faster than necessary. I brought it to the attention of management and requested that the driving was a little too fast first of all for my car in a very small area to drive it back to the Repair area. Other than that, I’m happy with the service.

Not sure if my last comment went through. But I was completely unsatisfied with my service. It took Michael 20 minutes to come get me out of my car even though I had an appointment I requested a quote on a few services for my vehicle not once that he called me during the service. He texted me when my vehicle was completed. I was expecting a phone call. That’s very unprofessional.
