I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the overall service experience. I don’t mind having paid over $3,100 to have my A/C repaired, and I’m genuinely grateful that Honda provided a loaner vehicle during the service period. I also appreciate your team’s timely updates and efficient handling of the repair — from a service standpoint, I am satisfied. However, I was quite disappointed with the condition of my car’s interior upon return. Prior to dropping off my vehicle, I had thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the interior, and I do not own any pets. When I received my car back, I found dog hair all over my child’s car seat, which was very concerning and unacceptable. Additionally, the interior side of the windshield was noticeably soiled. I understand that test driving may be necessary to ensure the repair is successful, but allowing a pet inside a customer’s vehicle during that process is highly unprofessional. While I remain satisfied with the repair itself, the way my car was treated during service left a negative impression, especially considering this is my second visit. Thank you for taking the time to hear my feedback. I hope this can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Just to say I’d rather go to Norm Reeves Honda instead of the closer one to where I reside (Downtown LA). I’m always satisfied with the service. Javier always delivers a great experience and understanding of my vehicle. Because of him my car is always in good condition. Thank you for having such good employees.
