Despite an appointment for routine maintenance, I was given a wait time of 2 hours. The actual time was 2.5 hours. There was no shuttle service except to the mall. I was not given this estimate online. Although I brought work to do, the waiting area was crowded and there was no quiet area or desk space to work. There were also no refreshments available despite the long wait.

I was confident of the service that was performed. It was questionable about Trevor because he saidhe applied a discount or coupon on which I did not see on the invoice. He also said I had a oil leak whoc I did not see on the invoice. I just expect honesty and would like to see on the invoice what ever is said to me.
