End of the day satisfied when the work is done correctly, but something to tell people when scheduling the fuel pump replacement is to let them know to clear the backseat for easier access, and it’s a 4-6 hr job instead of just saying 4 hrs. But besides that all went well. Thank you guys.

So far so good! Except I was just very surprised about the cost of the minimal repairs for my car which had 99,298 miles on it! It was quite costly and I still have two other jobs that need to be done that will also very costly! I did appreciate that Jonathan gave me a rental car! He was very nice too!

I recently brought my wife’s car to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos for a scheduled 1:20 PM appointment to address a fuel pump recall. When I arrived, I was greeted by service advisor Jonathan Romero, whose attitude was dismissive from the start. The first thing he said was, “We don’t have time for that,” despite the fact that I had a confirmed appointment. When I explained I had driven in specifically for this service, he repeated that they were too busy, which left me wondering why I was even given an appointment. His tone and comments came across as rude and unprofessional, making the situation unnecessarily frustrating. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who initially echoed the same response. Only after I requested to speak to the general manager, Sal (whom I’ve known from purchasing six vehicles here), did they “find” a technician to perform the work. While the repair was ultimately completed that day and I appreciate that outcome, the initial reception from Mr. Romero left a poor impression. I expect a higher standard of professionalism and courtesy from a dealership I’ve been loyal to for years.

Oscar Ortega was great and service was prompt. My issue is I took car in for a tire rotation and I thought this meant also checking tire pressure. After picking up my car and driving away my TPS light went on. Upon returning I was informed two of my tires were very low. Problem was fixed promptly by the technician that checked me in. So overall I appreciate Oscar and the young man that helped me. But I’m confused as to why the tires were not serviced properly initially.

I wondered if Aaron should’ve told me midway through the appointment to fix the tensioner, but I’m glad we were able to get an appointment within a few days to get it done. It didn’t sound like it was life critical, but the risk expressed in the feedback concern me a little bit. I wonder if I should’ve found out about it earlier on. Otherwise a good appointment
