The prices were unreasonably high, and the service took far too long. Even after being told our car was ready, we experienced an additional long wait for pickup. This was very disappointing and needs improvement.

I dont know something felt off overall, I didn't feel confident leaving after the service. I was told it would take up to 6 hours and then they told me 1 hours. Something felt sketchy and I will turn at a future date to complain about service.

The word “unsatisfactory” can’t even begin to describe the service Manny Sanchez provided me during my appointment on 08/12. His lack of professionalism and inability to not only resolve issues but instead escalate situations unnecessarily and without cause leave much to be desired. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against him and am currently awaiting a timely response in hopes that this can provide Manny with some very much needed constructive criticism that can assist him in the process of improving his professional development and, as a result, the customer experience at the Honda Superstore in Cerritos.

I am not satisfied with the service at all. I was asked to pay 189.99 upfront for a diagnostic and any charges would be deducted from that but I had said I was under a warranty and I still didn’t get helped until a little bit after which I feel like the sales rep should check first. I dropped off my car on Monday night after hours and on Tuesday I was told that my car would be ready on Thursday, which led to Friday than Saturday and it was just a gasket that need to be fixed. They said it was a big job on Saturday and another tech called me saying oh they told you it was going to be ready today and I said actually, Thursday then Friday then Saturday and then they just did my job And fixed it that Saturday, but I feel like they were just trying to push my car off. I was not happy that I wasn’t told that I have rental privileges due to me paying extended warranty and I was without a car this whole week due to the malfunction of the vehicle. It has been very stressful not only with my job kids and finances but also because I don’t feel like honda was being super helpful like they’re supposed to. I also asked several times about my oil changes through the text to several technicians and no one got back to me. when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday no ID was required. Just my phone number and I got my keys and left. I did ask to speak to a manager which they said just went on lunch. I left my phone number and still have not received a car. I do pay a lot of money for extended warranty and I would like compensation for loss of finances and mental grief this week. Please call me back at ****-****-xxxx thank you Monica V
