I went to get my oil changed and inspection. The salesman recommended my brakes needed to be changed for $500 before the car was even looked at. Mechanics found an oil leak so I approved the repair. I was given a loaner. The next day I got a text that my car was ready. I came to pick it up after work. When I got home I needed to use my windshield washer fluid and it was completely empty. I had pointed that out when I took car in. They said they would check all fluids and refill as needed. Obviously this wasn’t done. I had to ask my husband to buy some at Pep Boys and fill it himself. Then I noticed the service indicator had not been reset and still said maintenance needed. The receipt for work claimed that washer fluid was checked. HOW do I Know if my oil was actually changed or that any of the work that I paid for to be done was actually done. My husband will look at the oil filter to check. The total price of $2,300! I don’t have time to take it back in. I texted Jonathan twice and left if voice mail. The office claimed he was nit at work that day so that’s why I wasn’t called back until the next day. This is untrue. He was working. I also left a message for the supervisor and had not heard back.
I am not happy. I will not be bringing to Norm Reeves Honda again. I plan on posting on social media and telling everyone I know.

The service was amazing as always. I arrived and what looked to be a 3-4 hour wait only turned into one hour. Leo was professional, friendly, and kind. I wouldn’t want to take my car to anyone else.
