I tried to send one and it wasn’t letting me submit it. She was very kind. She was explaining all different things that I still need to do on my car and I completely understood and she had a smile on her face that just kind of brightened up my day. She was awesome.

Representative attempted to sell a service that was not required. Break system bleed and cabin air filter replacement. I asked sales team if this was something that had already been done prior to my purchase of this vehicle, as it is a pre-certified vehicle. I was informed that part of the inspection and certification process was to upkeep the vehicle in all areas needed, which included the aforementioned services. Do note that these maintenance services are to be completed every 30k miles or less, I purchased the vehicle with 35k miles. Consequently, if these services were completed as part of the pre-certification process, the vehicle would not need them until reaching 50-60k miles. Therefore, I am questioning the integrity of the representatives in general because at this point I don't know who is telling the truth or who is just trying to make a profit out of my pocket.

He just assumed I wanted a full service as the car recommended, I said I only wanted the oil change but he didn’t clarify or ask until it was all printed. Really just sped through the process and didn’t feel helpful. Had a really bad noise in the rear which was why I went and he never called me at all to let me know anything. I just got a text 6 hrs laters letting me know my car was ready and to be there before 5:15. Didn’t get any information and the other guy who helped on his behalf at 5:20 just read a short sentence he saw that said they couldn’t find anything.
