Leo is extremely helpful and so kind! He communicated effectively and took his time. The only thing with my service that was quite upsetting was whoever took over Leo’s position on Saturday failed to communicate the status of my car, leaving me having to figure out a car situation for Monday. My car was supposed to be done Saturday.

When scheduling my appt, I was quoted 30-minutes for an oil change, when checking in they quoted 1.5 - 2 hours and in the end, I was there for over 2.5 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Completely unacceptable!!!
