I did experience some trouble with the person that assisted me and also from his supervisor, that I felt was unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. I know I can take my car somewhere else but I chose to take it there where I purchased it, because I felt comfortable taking it there for service or what ever but after today maybe not so much.

Javier was helpful and tried to keep me informed about my car. However he told me that my cat would probably be finished in about 30 minutes but ir took about 2 hours. I realized that he has no control over the mechanics. Also he was at lunch when my car was finished so I helped by several other people.

I waited 30+ minutes to have someone help me while 3 cars that pulled in behind me were helped. I finally was told I just needed to leave my number and could be on my way. I made an appointment to avoid this. Then when checking out I they couldn’t find my information.
