I was completely embarrassed and humiliated by Julie. Worst service experience ever at Honda dealership. She charged me a different amount than what she quoted me. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she argued with me and raised her voice in front of staff in customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my 4 years of getting car maintenance at Honda dealership. I could go into details but there is no more to explain with bad customer service and rude behavior.

Thanh is a 5 Star Service Advisor! He has been my “go to” Service Advisor at Norm Reeves Honda. He is by far the best service advisor I have had in 19 years
I have been having my cars serviced at NRH! Thanh is knowledgeable about my car, he provides a realistic estimate of how long it will take to get the service completed, and he monitors the work being done on the car and notifies me promptly if additional service needs to be completed at the time of service or possibility at the next service. I trust his advice. He does this all in a courteous and friendly way. He is truly an excellent Service Provider!

The times I’ve gone to Norm Reeves Honda from Cerritos I’ve been satisfied and beyond happy with the service provided by Javier Peña.
