You guys offer horrible service. I come in for an oil change then the next day my car doesn’t start. Nowhere was I told verbally or in writing that my car had a bad battery. No one suggested that my battery may need replacement soon. This all seems like sabotage because how does this just happen the next morning. This is not the first time you guys have done shady business.

We have not recived our vehicle back as of yet. I was told a software update was needed to the transmission. I was told the same at my local dealer of el Monte. The issue continued the very next day. Due to covid and family passing away I had to time to return to the dealership. I have done research on this make and model and have found other people with the similar issues. I have had plenty of cars over the years and the way the transmission jolts when taking off is not normal. It's most noticeable after warming up the car and driving off.
