I basically paid for a A/C recharge to get nothing in return. My car is still blowing HOT hair even after a freon refill. There are no major leaks but a very small one in the evaporator. I need a A/C Evaporator replacement along with the main valve replacement but they are currently back ordered. No temporary fixes available even if it’s at the cost of this company, Honda, that I trusted. I will be selling my vehicle if this is considered premium services.

On arrival, no one greeted me, gave me instruction, or checked me in until I got out of my car and flagged someone down. There was a decent line behind me waiting with no help as well. Who knows how long I would have been sitting there. The person who arrived in front of me was not helped either. I was helped before them because I sought it out. Other than that I had great service once I found someone to help.
