I came in for a quick tire change. Probably a 20 minute job. I sat there for over 2 hours. Very unexceptionable. Miguel was nice enough to take off the labor cost.

The advisor did a great job. It is the mechanics or technicians who need to be either given a break or speed things up. I waited 3hrs and 45 minutes for an OIL CHANGE! Honda speaks about wanting to satisfy its customers and provide great service, but I don’t think having us wait for almost 4 hrs for an OIL CHANGE is ANYWHERE near satisfactory. The longest I’ve waited for my vehicle to be serviced was 6hrs (no, I’m not exaggerating). Like I mentioned before, I am strongly considering in taking my vehicle to this particular dealership to get serviced again. If Honda Reeves cannot handle the amount of vehicles coming in to get serviced, then might I suggest hiring more people OR limiting the amount of vehicles being serviced. I really hope this reaches some kind of management or corporate CEO and not just tossed to the side because Honda already racks in billions of dollars every year and a few complaints won’t make a difference. Thanks again to my advisor for being upfront with me and still managing to get my car expedited as quick as possible. God only knows if I would’ve been there another 2 hrs had my car not been expedited a bit faster.
