There was a really long line to pay for the service yet there was a group of employees talking in the back. I don’t know if they were having a meeting or what but when you see so many customers waiting in line, on a Saturday, you should be prepared with more people to handle them at checkout.

Just a suggestion. Most oil change places like jiffy lube vacuum the fooor of the vehicle in the passenger and driver side, and clean the windshields. Haha with the amount of money I spent on my new tire it would’ve been a nice gesture. I think a lot of customers would appreciate it. Other than that everyone that helped me were really nice and friendly. I have no complaints.

Problem solved hours earlier than expected. Had to take car in for emergency service early Saturday morning when service was only taking appointment calls. Was able to have repair performed and back on the road hours before anticipated diagnostic was predicted to be done. Extremely appreciative of service arranged and rendered.
