The service included tire rotation and the technician apparently didn’t reset the settings so after I picked up the car I got a message that my tires were low air pressure. Because I have a vision problem I couldn’t see where to reset it so had to return to dealer and have Julie help me. She was very courteous and helped me but it shouldn’t have happened. I know errors can happen but was an inconvenience.

I was extremely upset how the battery replacement was put in without my consent. I did not want the replacement and was going to replace it myself. We contact the representative who was helping us but we never got a hold of him and the individual who answered the phone 3x was going to leave a message to him so that he can call us back. In which he did not and the battery was replaced without my approval and I had to pay for it. I am extremely upset how the representative who was helping us did not contact us and continue with the service.
