Went in for oil change and tire rotation but once I got home I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done. Additionally, I noticed the power steering reserve fluid is over filled.

I was extremely satisfied at how fast the maintenance was when I came. The last time I came it took about 3 hours. This one only took 1 hour. I think if Honda continues to find a way to expedite their maintenance process, a lot of people will be happier. Overall my experience was 10/10

Hello Honda, Service was fine. Reason why it wasn’t great like the others time is due my waiting time. I understand it’s Saturday and usually those days are really busy but my car was ready at 2.. The only reason why I noticed is because I heard a car beep behind me and once I turned around , I noticed my car parked ready to go. I let 10 minutes go by in case there was an extra process that needed to be done . I didn’t receive any text so then I asked for help and they informed me David had to left to lunch. The gentleman who helped me then stated he would check my car within 10 mins and hand me my keys. I didn’t get my keys until after 3pm, once David came back. I waited a whole hour. I don’t know if your company has other people cover breaks but please do. I originally had my appointment at 11:20 and was told my car would be ready by 2:30, not only did I wait more …. But I waited while I was staring at my car the whole time. I noticed my car was parked outside at 2 pm but for all I know it could of been there for additional time.

I had to reschedule my oil chance because my son had unexpected surgery. Honda was nice enough to reschedule an had an availability. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joseph Vargas. He was friendly and helpful. Explained what my care needed. He checked my warranty and found I had one more free oil change. I love my Honda and I have had the pleasure of doing business at Honda los Cerritos for over 10 years. Thank you always
