I thought I was getting the rattle noise fixed but instead paid $500 and the noise is still there. I shouldn’t have been told that fixing the belt would solve the problem when they were not sure. now I’m told $1500 to fix the alternator but I’m afraid to pay that and the noise is still there. I wish the service advisor would have told me that fixing the belt may fix the problem but not 100% sure.

“I dont know if youll be able to talk to him because you dont know english and my manager only knows english.” He knows nothing about me and is extremely rude of him to assume I don’t know a English because of my appearance.
