My experience at Norm Reeves Honda today was wonderful! I was helped by Oscar Ortega, and he provided excellent service. He explained everything clearly and was able to ensure my car was fixed correctly and promptly.
The store was also very clean and all of staff were friendly and professional

Bryan Salas was great. Not satisfied with tires. They are very nosey when driving. Not formular with this brand. Wasn’t aware not getting Michiclem or Firestone. That this what I put on the car. I only purchased tires at Norm Reeves because they also did alignment. May budget would allow to pay $1000-1150. I cannot afford to Replace tires.

Steve Mendoza provided excellent customer service & was incredibly friendly, however I can’t rave about the actual service to my car. As soon as I left the lot, my check engine light came on. It’s not a great feeling to pay for a service & have something like this happen immediately after.
