Paid for a tire rotation but it was never done (the right back rim has a noticiable scratch and it was in the same place). Told them I got an alert for low tire pressure, said they were going to take care of it. Next day, the alert appears again. Turns out there’s a nail in one of them, which you they would’ve noticed if they had actually checked the tires or done the rotation.
