Car is running great, thank you. Customer service was great but I was told that I would get my car before 1:30pm and I didn't. Car was ready at 1:45 which made me late to work on my first week of working for that employer. Also, when I came in my car there was dirty latex gloves on my personal thermal cup I use for my coffee in the mornings. That was so gross, I was very upset about that.

Thanh was good and tries his best to get me taken care of! One thing I can say, you have a bad timing experience for Customers with an Appt! An oil change at the minimum with an Appt should not be a 3 to 4 hour job! I was told for my oil change and brake fluid Exchange, it was a 4 to 5 hour wait! What is bad, is when I called to make the Appt, the lady asked if I was going to wait or drop off, I said wait. Then I get to the Appt and find out I have to wait 4 to 5 hours! The good thing I was out in 2.5 hours after I made a comment! This is not the first time either this has happened!
