Your Service Advisor is great, he is very friendly. My complaint is more about the technicians who have looked at/worked on my car. I took my car in on 10/29/22 for an oil change and I was given the results of the Multi-point Vehicle Inspection Checklist and was told my front AND rear breaks had to be replaced along with the engine air filter, micron cabin filter, and I was also told the brake system fluid had to be exchanged. Since I did not have the money for these services I declined them and said I would come back next month to get that taken care of. When I returned on 11/25/22 I requested to have everything that was previously told to me that I had to get except the brakes. This time when I received the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist it stated that I only needed to replace the front breaks, not the rear and on top of that it stated that I had to replace the water pump and the spark plugs and was quoted over $1000.00. None of these “Found Issues” were even marked on the checklist as “Requires Immediate Attention” and none of these items were discovered and marked as “May need future attention” on the checklist I received a month prior. At this point I don’t even know what maintenance my car actually needs because all the paperwork I’m given contradicts each other. I feel I may be told I need certain things done that may actually not have any issues and I feel I am being misled. I have always kept up with the maintenance of my vehicle so I am skeptical that these expensive maintenance recommendations are actually needed. I would like a brand new Inspection of my vehicle to be completed with an honest evaluation of what maintenance my car actually requires at this time.

Went in for an oil change with an appointment. First time ever that the oil change was completed in 15 minutes. That’s great and all, but of course there were still many “promised” work that was not done. Tires were never checked and inflated, wiper fluids were never replenished..most importantly, Multi-point Inspection was never done. I clicked on the text message with the attached link, and no info or data was to be found on any important issues pertaining to my vehicle. With the job getting done in 15 minutes in comparison to me waiting 2-3 hours in the past with an appointment, I highly doubt any of the “promised” work that I paid for was completed.

I took my vehicle here for the oil change, once they were finished, they just handed me the keys and told me where my car was parked, after I drove it home I realized that the maintenance symbol in the dashboard was still on. They didn’t reset it, now I’m driving with the reminder of the maintenance on the dashboard still on, even though it’s been serviced already. If I want it to be fixed, I would have to ask for a day off at my job and spend at least a couple hours to drive there and wait to be assisted. Going to the service department is a hassle.
