Hello. I was overcharged. My Honda Accord has 72,000 miles and my original estimate was $4,000.00. It went to $3,500.00 after I told Benito I was going to get another estimate. How do you get such perfect round numbers?? I took my car in for the check engine light coming on and left with a $3,500.00 charge. I was overcharged and I will never do business with Norm Reeves Honda again. I am looking forward to a reply.

Since I bought my CR-V in 2016, I have had exceptional service. This time, I had my passenger mirror broken, ordered it from the parts department, then was never called that the part was in. I waited over 2 months, then I called & they said it was in. On today’s appointment, I had an 11am appointment. I was told by Tony that it would take until 2 pm to install the mirror. When I was originally told it would take 30 minutes. It was finally done in an hour and 45 minutes. I’m not sure if you’re short handed, but this is the fist time I was not happy????
