Representative was great, nothing wrong with his service nor the guys who shuttled me that dat. I did not like the fact that I had to return twice to get the same issue fixed because it was not taken care of correctly the first time. It's hours wasted in a day I didn't need to. Issue was a "software system update" needed, which I was getting notification to take care of on my car panel.
