Tony and the other members of the service team are always thorough and professional. My only frustration is that there are two issues repeatedly happening with my Accord that they are not able to recreate. No repairs or replacement can be done if the mechanics are not able to recreate the incident or find it on the cars' computer. I will continue to bring it in for service and trust this will be resolved eventually.
