I work remotely and came in for an oil change only, and advised what the computer on the car stated I needed and why and as I was not prepared to pay extra, helped me with a discount. I also stated I needed to be out in an hour and I appreciated his honesty he said it will take about 1.5 hours. He was helpful, and honest.

I was quoted for a brake replacement and rotor inspection. We were later contacted and told the initial quote was revised and how ballooned to over $800. My wife was taken advantage of by the service agent. I have done business with Norm Reeves for years and couldn’t believe the quote would grow to such a size. I took it to another service center and had the work done for less than half of what we were quoted and a certified expert certified the rotors never needed replacement. I am very disappointed with the service we received and we have decided to take our years of business with Norm Reeves somewhere else.
