I had horrible experiences with all the dealerships I’ve used in the past. I had some reservations bringing my car to a dealership to be serviced. II regularly service my own vehicle. However, after seeing the great offer for a four wheel alignment and speaking to a pleasant person over the phone, I scheduled an alignment. John Le was the service advisor that welcomed me and took in my vehicle. He was very polite with a great attitude as he went over what was going to preformed on my vehicle and asked if I needed a ride or if I had a way home. John texted multiple times and called, keeping me updated on my vehicles process and when it was completed. Upon pickup John Le had that same great presence, told me what had to be adjusted with the alignment along with a printout showing in tolerance range. I asked John about a couple of service costs like oil change, air filter, cabin filter. Based on the reasonable pricing John’s great care as a service advisor and a job well done, I will no longer be doing my own service when needed. I will give John a call, knowing I will be taken great care of. I can not say enough about the quality of John Le as a service advisor and being the person who represents Norm Reeves Honda, changing my perspective about service at a dealership.

Solid service

I was in and out within 45 minutes great service

I noticed that a small plastic part was left in the back seat of my vehicle after work was done on it. I am not sure of where it goes & am concerned about how well the car roofing & sides were reassembled. I also noticed dirt stains on the headliner near the moon roof & passenger side (near the seatbelt) that I didn’t recall seeing before.

Good and fast service. I am totally satisfied. Thank you!
