I don't normally fill these out, but Gerardo has been hands down the best service advisor I've had at any dealership. Friendliness, transparency, honesty, patience, and professionalism; all of the above are Gerardo. I've been to many different dealerships and he is the first advisor that was able to deliver the recommendations without being salesy and in a knowledgeable way. Highly recommend if he's not already, have him train other service advisors and promote this man.
