The technician's analysis that this is an after market hitch is incorrect. This is a Corporate car and the hitch was order with it. This is a certified Honda hitch installed from the dealer. The technician needs better training with distinguishing a Honda part with an after market. You can tell that this is a Certified Honda Hitch because it's part of the bumper. An after market hitch are designed to be below the bumper. Another training your technician needs is with the Kick Sensor installation. They are looking on the wrong side of the bumper. The Kick Sensor is on the right side and not the left. I have looked up the installation guide for the kick sensor online and it shows that it is installed on the right side when there is a hitch installed. The picture the technician provided shows he is looking on the left side which is incorrect. This tells me the Kick Sensor is not missing and you are about to charge your customer for work that is not needed. You know what I also dislike, your service consultant not believing what I said when I told them this is a Honda hitch and not an after market hitch. They told me that your technician's are Master Technicians and they know what they are talking about so they could not be wrong about it. It's pretty much calling me a liar and I don't know what I ordered from the dealer.
