1st appointment waited 2 hours for car to be seen
And car was released with gravelly brakes. Made 2nd appointment for car to be seen and had to wait another 2 hours then be told I needed rotors. So far I had waited 4 hours despite having appointments. Finally on the third trip back job was done by the master mechanic. You are not the happy Honda people!
