My service agent was great. He was informative and provided excellent customer service. The only thing that bothered me was the wait. I do not mind waiting for service but I was not expecting it. When I booked my appointment, I told the representative my sunroof was damaged, at this point I believe they would have some knowledge that a diagnostic was needed. It would be a big help if an estimated time wait was given when booking. Overall, I was very happy with the service and my agent. He was knowledgeable and kind.
