This is the second time the car has come back and not been the same. Last time the cap for the oil was not put on and it was sitting on the frame by the lock to the hood. Didn’t know until the oil was low, this time they didn’t put some piece of plastic and metal back on correctly. Now I need to return and wait an hour for them to fix it. Horrible!

The only issue was my service took very long. The paperwork was left with another agent awhile he went to lunch and I was not alerted my car was ready. When I went to inquire at the service desk I was able to pay and get my car. This was an anomaly for your dealership.Something just fell through the crack this time. Over 8 years I have never never had an issue at your dealership.
