Richard and Colleagues were prompt, courteous, and eager to solve my problem. He got me checked in smoothly, communicated clearly regarding next steps, and arranged a ride in under 25 minutes of my unscheduled arrival at 4.40pm. He called me the next morning by 8.15am with the diagnosis of a bad battery. Thumbs way up.

I don't necessarily need a call back, the service was fine. Viviana and everyone involved were really nice and helpful. It's always a huge inconvenience to leave your car at the shop but it needed to happen. After paying for $3200 worth of tune -up and repairs, it was realized that the dashboard light was still on and the wrong part was put in the wrong place so we had to wait for another 30 minutes to fix the problem. I understand mistakes happen so it wasn't a big deal. But to finally drive home and see my tire pressure gauge on was a little frustrating. We had just spent so much time and money on the car that it seemed like such a silly and simple thing to take care of. Outside of that, we are happy.
