It’s better than before but there’s still wind noise coming from the window. Next step is a body shop to possibly realign the door. After about $500 to fix this problem I don’t have any more money to spend. Viviana is great though.

Tony went above & beyond to help us with our vehicle! We are from out of state and had traveled to CA for a death in our family. Our 2021 Honda Pilot decided to start acting up at 1pm on Friday afternoon. Saturday morning we were scheduled to leave CA at 6am to make our 1,000+ mile drive home. Tony quickly got us into the shop , and our vehicle fixed in record time. I ???? trusted my Pilot to get us home safely. His compassion and level of customer service went above and beyond my highest expectations. I haven’t experienced this level of service in a very long time. In fact I believe this is the best customer service I have experienced in my entire life! If I ever decide to buy another Honda, I think it’s worth the 1,000 mile drive to Huntington Beach! Thank you Tony!! You’re amazing!! ??????????

I was told the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours so I chose to stay on site and wait for my vehicle to be serviced (oil change). After almost 2 hours I approached the counter to inquire about how much longer and I was told there were still 6 cars ahead of mine waiting for an oil change and that it would be an additional 2 hours!! This was unacceptable. If I had been told it would take 4 hours or more from the beginning I would have gone home and not waited on-site. I also called ahead and had an appointment. Unfortunately for the 6 cars ahead of me they moved my vehicle up in the line since I complained. The total time was 3 hours that I was at Honda, but I was told it would be 1 hour.

Tony has been a great help. He set everything up so that it was a breeze to get services here. I was even offered a rental car because the car needed to stay overnight. Everyone from greeters to manager is always smiling as well. They made the entire experience so pleasant. Thank you!

I scheduled for a water pump and drive belt service a week ago. The drive belt wasn’t in stock and i was billed $20 for the part. Geraldo stated the part was more expensive but it was a way for the location to bill me the cost of someone on their team to drive to the Norm Reeves in Cerritos who did have the kit.
