There were several points of confusion, initially from thinking I had a regular accord instead of what I do have - an accord hybrid. Then there were other points of confusion on my part trying to understand what services were necessary, and my advisor did not give me the clearest explanations. However he was very courteous, acknowledged his error in not recognizing that I had a hybrid, provided one service free of charge and arranged an Uber for me. I think my advisor would benefit from slowing down a little and communicating clearly
