My parents and I have dealt with Benito for years. He's always been professional, trustworthy and great to deal with. Taking your car in for maintenance isn't a fun experience and he makes it a lot easier!

Was told on the phone the multi point inspection included brakes check but the actual inspection didn’t.
A service advisor did explain why it was not included, however, the mis-communication, lack of proper training and clear information between and within the staff is still disappointing.
