I noticed after they checked my vehicle of a flew issue's. The first is the broken fastner on my air filter. The other issue is the over torked remaining fastners on my air filter. The last item is the damage done the the air filter intake hose. There are 2 noticeable cuts. The first cut is 1.5 inches and the 2nd is about a quarter of an inch. The technician who checked my attire filter wasn't careful with my Honda pilot. I wasn't told of any broken fastners or cuts to the intake hose for the air filter on my vehicle
This is the first time I had an issue with your service department at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach.
I hope that your team will fix the damages and make things right. I have taken my vehicle for service there at Norm Reeves Honda since 2013 when I drove the vehicle brand new off the sales lot.
I haven't yet checked the other parts of the vehicle where work was performed.
I hope I don't find the oil pan over torked along with anything else I haven't checked yet.
