The service agent didn’t seem to agree with my statement regarding my faulty equipment that should have been replacement under my vehicles warranty and stated that it was damaged by me when you could clearly see that the part was melted due to malfunction. She completely disagreed with my information that I gave her and kept disagreeing with me!
