I hope this does some good but I didn’t think it will. You ask customers if they would like a car wash and I say yes. I’m texted letting me know that my car is ready and when I arrive it’s not washed and not sitting ready. I complained about and I’m told that you are sorry. I’m asked if I want it washed, if I say yes it’s another 20 minutes, they did offer me coffee. Either stop offering car washes or do before you tell me it’s ready. This happens 8 out of 10 times I’m there, also when I was texted about my car being ready I said don’t forget to wash it.
