I would have appreciated it if the the techs would have sent someone out to the waiting room and informed the person that brought my car in that it needed brake fluid and this was not included in the free oil change. For An x amount of money you can take care of it. Not everyone is glued to their phone. I was not aware of the problem untiI my car was returned to my home.

John Le was amazing. He listened to me when I said I was having a difficult time making ends meet and instead of continuing to upsell me, he found me a coupon. He did let me know some other stuff that would need to be done next time so I could save up for it, but didn't make me feel bad about not being able to do it today. I really felt heard and I appreciate it so much. I'll definitely come back to Norm Reeves because it was the best experience I've had at a dealership.
