Unfortunately my seatbelt had started working improperly so July of 2022 the part that was needed was not in stock so it was ordered. My next service in October 2022 the part still on back order …. In February 2923 I called again the part was still on back order and I was told 6 or 7 others were waiting for the same part. Needless to say I wasn’t to happy. Later the same day I received a call from norm Reeves Honda that the part was at the Torrance warehouse and it would be FedEx the next day…. Honestly why couldn’t this have be done months earlier?i quess it just wasn’t important enough to get the attention of Management. I own 2 Hondas and I’ve always been happy with service and my Two vehicles. Hopefully this will only be a one time problem … Thank you Danny M
