Ivette Rodriguez was great and my car was done the time she told me. I am upset at the parts department. Last week I went and wanted to order two bucket seat cover protectors and I was there for at least an hour talking to a person that I felt was not leasing to me. Even when I tried to explain at least 5 to 6 times what I wanted. Finally someone came out and told me to write my phone number and they would call me on Monday 2-6-3023. Today is 2-15-2023 still no one called me. I will never buy another car with Honda.
