Tony was going to charge me $900 for a part that is $300 retail (I checked 2 other local Honda dealer parts departments). This reflects poorly on your service department and makes your service group look like swindlers. Charged me inspection fee for something that was included in a multi- point inspection at a nearby Honda dealer service department.
